His design and Master Planning earned him the coveted Havard/MIT Award while receiving his Master Degree. His background includes a distinguished career in the planning and design of facilities for the elderly. He provides valued input into each phase of every project, carfully monitoring the process through which each project develops from initial concept to construction. Proposed a new 82 Units Indepenent Living Units (ILU), Renovated and existing 60-unit Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), and renovated 6-Patient Rooms (One Handicapped, 50% ADA). Also, added a new Elevator, New HC Toilets, Living Room, a Dining Room, a Recreation Room, Physical Therapy,and a new Administration Wing. |
